Gators Dirt Worx started in 2022, but the roots go back further than that. Before picking up an excavator, our founder spent years in agriculture, working northeast Arkansas row crop ground and learning how land behaves — how water moves, where soil compacts, and what it takes to prep a site that holds up long-term. When farming wrapped up in 2021, that knowledge didn't go anywhere. It just found a new machine.

We bought our first excavator and got to work. No big crew, no corporate structure — just a locally owned, family business built on showing up and doing the job right. From day one, the goal was simple: give landowners and builders in northeast Arkansas a ground-prep partner they could actually count on.

Because we're not a large operation, every project gets direct attention from the owner. You won't hand off your job to a foreman you've never met.
